Many rental cars are slowly losing their ability to charge from multiple sockets and only offer a USB alternative. Other charging options are via USB at airports and other transit halls. Portapow offers USB-C protection with an adapter or directly to ports. I'm not afraid of data leakage as it's just not possible. Worth every dollar, portable in any small keychain and very durable. Easily recommended for frequent travelers and those looking for data security while charging.
