So I bought this because I knew it was supposed to be cheap. It doesn't have to be bad. I was looking for something like "baby's first tool box" or maybe a kitchen trash can. It can be done right if you look around. I wanted a decent cheap screwdriver with a good set of bits. I couldn't find what I wanted in the local shops so I chose this one. Unfortunately the case doesn't hold the bits in place, the bits themselves look incredibly cheap (and poorly shaped) and I'm not sure the screwdriver will hold up to real use. Some of the bits look like they won't fit in the clasps when I try. I've bought "cheap" before and that might be ok if you're careful, but that was the very definition of "you get what you pay for". I'm packing it up to send it back. I would be ashamed to gift this to anyone let alone a starter toolkit. I used to buy ratchet screwdrivers with over 20 bits in discount stores (large quantities, etc.). They served well as errand/chore kits, but it was ridiculous. In the future I will use H-Freight or a similar tool for my junk tools. There I can at least take a look at the tools and decide whether "cheap" is enough for my needs.
