This is a great phone holder except my phone slides down and sometimes falls out from underneath. Can't figure out why they don't have a small platform at the bottom (with room for a charger, obvs) to keep the phone from sliding down. This is a serious omission. With this fix, the product can easily get 5+ stars. The foam grips are not good enough to keep the phone from sliding. I have to say I only use it on window glass and can't confirm it sticks to the dashboard. Can be configured at different angles, and the ability to extend the arm is convenient. PLEASE update this product to support base phone. *used with iPhone 8 - not a heavy phone at all. Upgrade: from 3 stars to 5 stars. I'm a little embarrassed that I didn't realize that there are actually 2 little feet that twist up at the bottom of the phone's hole 🤦🏽‍♀️Keep this in mind when using it on windows that are too low are. I use it on the driver's side and forgot to take it off when I lowered it. No bueno. Part of the black rubber on the suction cup has come loose. Totally my fault and it still works, but I'm concerned that this might eventually cause it to lose suction, especially as my partner has admitted to doing the same thing multiple times. In general, it is highly recommended to use it when the suction power reaches the glass. . I have not used it and will not attach it to a dashboard or other surface.
