Looks the same as the picture! I received the blue opal in 3 sizes. Everything is great and perfect for different locations. I originally bought this for a cartilage piercing - in the photo I'm wearing a medium sized stone on my cartilage. For fun I tried the smallest blue nose ring and it turned out to be so cute. So elegant and very safe. It doesn't feel like the piercing will move or even fall out. I can buy in other colors because I really love this product. My only complaint would be that it's a bit difficult to screw the little ball onto the end, but I knew what I was getting into when I ordered it!
