This is just perfect! I used large silicone molds that made very large rubbers. They were just as tasty, but didn't last long because of the whole "well, I only ate 4" mentality - now each batch fills both trays almost perfectly, and I end up with 100 gummy bears. If you eat them in handfuls, they seem to go further. In terms of quality, these are solid forms. Not thin and not too thick, just right in between. I use nothing but a packet of flavored and unflavored gelatin plus water, pop them in the fridge for about 10 minutes and they come out right away. The whole process takes less than twenty minutes and the end product is amazing! The batch in the photo doesn't look quite like regular gummies as I used heavy cream along with water for a creamier texture. They still popped right out and were delicious. I would recommend these molds to anyone who wants to make their own jellies at home.
