Review on RevenueWell by Jerry Forehand

I enjoy being able use my account dashboard for all of our practice's needs/services without ever having to leave it! This product has been very beneficial in managing each office within one location efficiently while keeping up with different deadlines needed per region we serve as well! If you are looking at some type management software this would be worth using if it supports your business model or not needing monthly payments like other products do. Using revenuewell allows us to see where there might be opportunities missed, but I appreciate when something does come through so quickly once identified. We have been successful in getting leads into appointments so far to date which helps greatly with scheduling during peak months versus waiting until off season times that may take longer than anticipated by appointment dates offered through other companies who charge higher fees. The ease of use for scheduling appointments and contacting clients when needed with just one click. I dislike having to go through several steps in order to get my invoice sent out. It would be nice if it could happen all at once! Sometimes it takes multiple clicks or going back and forth between screens to send invoices. If you are looking for something simple, this might not be your best option. We have been able to easily communicate with our clients.
