I love the occasional bubble bath but I don't have a tub so this serves its purpose, I'm only 5' tall and I can sit in this thing and have the water up to my neck if I want, its great for a hot soak, it does seem to keep the water hot for a long time, I don't bother with the cover or the cushion it came with, what a waste, they went in the trash. The top ring is the hardest part to get together so I referenced the item on Revain while I was assembling it and they said if you can't get the top ring pieces to fit together you can cut some of them until it does, ah ha, that made all the difference.
