The customer support team are super friendly! We have been using them for over two years now as they helped us create our first campaign (which was successful!) They were always there when we needed help or advice - from setting up campaigns through creating new templates etc It can be very overwhelming at times but their knowledge base has saved me hours of work time trying things myself!! Definitely recommend contacting one if you need some assistance getting set-up :) I love how easy it makes managing my business's marketing materials and keeping track of all projects/jobs within ametist.
