I was very happy to get this robot vacuum cleaner, although I don't like using the one I have anymore because I have to spend so much time cleaning chairs and things floor etc. to move a good cleaning. It's easier for me to just pull out a regular vacuum and move things around as I walk. What's more, a carpet vacuum cleaner, no matter how high-end, takes a long time to charge and empty, and then gets back to work. That means my chairs move about four hours to make room for the vacuum. I prefer mine vertical. BUT for the kitchen it's a different story. I like this vacuum cleaner for mopping floors. Works fast and well. It's easy to use. I block the two entrances to the kitchen and move the chairs out of the way, but other than that it passes, does its job quickly, and that's it. It's actually easier than regular cleaning, while I find it easier to use a handheld vacuum than a robotic vacuum. If you're thinking about getting a mop, go for it. If you think you'd like to be one of those people who started using robot vacuums on their carpets, take a look around your home and decide if it's right for you. This isn't appropriate for our home for many reasons, although I like the idea. I recommend this one because it does exactly what I need it to do.
