Review on STEINBRÜCKE Paring Knife Fruits Vegetables by Brian Avila

Great knives and great customer service

Received the 8 inch chef's knife quickly. There was a small dent on the blade at the top near the bolster and the company immediately offered a replacement knife. you contacted me every moment to be sure that I received the product and was happy. Best customer service! And the knives are pretty sharp. I found the 8" to be a bit big for my everyday kitchen use, although it's great for some things and for man's hands. I felt like I might like the 6" unit better, so I went with it since I have small hands have. The 6" chef knife is great and can handle any big task. It feels good in hand (full shaft and nice handle material), nice wide body, good shape, shiny, sharp and beautiful. I really like it. The Price can't be better than the quality. I have Wusthof and Henckle knives which I love but they are so expensive. I wanted a few more knives for our second home without spending that much money. According to Steinbrucke's notes on that what they claim and the reviews people have left i thought i would give this company and these knives a try.So glad I did.I was a bit skeptical after trying other cheaper knives and she not m watch. I even ordered Trusted Butcher knives and they didn't like them at all or the way they looked and sent them back! I'm a bit spoiled by Wüsthof and Henckle, but Steinbrucke knives hold up well. And at such a great price. You can't beat it plus a lifetime guarantee. I've found that only companies that know they have a great product and quality are confident that I can offer a lifetime guarantee, so this is the type of company and product I'm always looking for. I can highly recommend Steinbrück.
