New Review - 2021 Thought it would be worth updating my review for those reading how it dries out some people's hair. I first bought this in 2019 and wasn't impressed but have since moved to a new home and felt I should thank the company, having previously trusted John Frieda's products. I often review foods I don't like to see how they perform in different seasons combined with other foods in cocktails. Now I live in a house with much softer water and have decided to give this couple another try. I'm glad I did! These products are now working great for me! So I recommend thinking about how your water affects the products you use. Hard water can be part of the problem. Original Review - 2019 I have dark blonde hair and my stylist recommended a purple shampoo. I've been using KMS but decided to give these a try. The shampoo is good but I found the conditioner to dry out the hair which is surprising as the whole hair bleaching process lightens it up. I was expecting the conditioner to replenish moisture better than it does. I will not return them. I just won't use shampoo and conditioner together. I will combine them with others.
