Warranty service lets everyone else down. This projector is solid gold. The picture is fantastic. Covers my whole wall. I just hope it lasts over a year. I have old projectors that still work, but not as well as this one. I have a Walmart Onn Ona19a901 that when it worked was really good. The service is the worst in the world. They stink. The projector has 3 HDMI inputs. this part is good. called the head office there, they just let the air out. I asked Amazon customer service for help and they sent me a brand new projector. it is a service. it is not covered by the one-year warranty. substitute. The old one is on its way to you.
