I was so ready to love this player but it just won't play vinyl. When the turntable arrived the arm with the needle was not connected to the platter so it might have something to do with that. But I've tried everything: I read the instruction manual, I looked at the manufacturer's YouTube channel to see what buttons to press to make it play the recording, I randomly pressed the buttons, I switched it on off and on again. , disabled, it just won't play the recording. Basically they just sent me a nice turntable that doesn't play vinyl. I figured out how to turn on the radio, but the Tune and Volume controls didn't work either, so all I could hear was static. The company will contact me and let me know how the player can be repaired or have me return it or have it replaced. I want to like it, it looks beautiful; it just won't play the record
