Good LED strips for projects
If you cut and solder them the connections will be a bit flimsy and close together. They're certainly bright and can draw over 2.4A per 144 lanes, so they require a 5V power supply with a higher output than the average USB port. However, they worked pretty well for my infinite dodecahedron.
