Far from 25 watts!
At best I only get 0.25 amps when this panel is 14.4 volts. That's a total output power of 3.6 W! Far from the declared 25 watts. In addition, the charge controller does not drop to the set float charge level, and the solar panel cannot be waterproofed with open USB ports on the back.
