Let's get started. If you live in Alaska, Canada or the cold northern states, this heater won't keep you warm. If, like me, you live in a vulnerable San Francisco climate where it's neither very hot nor very cold year-round (though cold rather than warm), this heater is perfect. He quickly heats up a medium-sized room and turns himself over. turns off when the desired temperature is reached and turns on again when the air gets colder. Sometimes it smells a bit like burnt air for the first 3 minutes, but that never bothered me and the smell goes away after the engine has warmed up.
