This report is on my first use for 2 hours steady on a 46 degree winter day, there was not even a hint that the battery was getting tired. Love the ergonomic design and balance as well as the precision operation (cuts thin string, multiple branches, larger branches - 3/4" in my first use); ample power (snapped through 3/4" branch literally like a hot knife through butter); really impressive cutting force that gives you the impression it would cut through a piece of steel if you tried (I don't recommend trying this) It is effortless to use once you get used to the command sequences with the trigger. I love this tool - and if it is as durable as it should be (it is pricey) then i will probably be a very happy customer. Don't like the really really badly written instructions and i thought the carrying case was a bit cheap.
