Very easy installation. I'm an average height woman and was able to install it easily with a small 2x4 piece of wood, a hydraulic jack and some soapy water. It only took me 20 minutes because the second one indicated problems and kept popping up as I lowered the jack. The instructions were easy, but many of the reviews gave good instructions as well. I lifted the frame, pulled out the old ones, dunked the rim of the new ones in soapy water, rotated them a little in a metal cup, and then used wood to compress them under the weight of my truck. I rode it and balanced the trailer weight on the new one and saw a huge difference. My bed shrunk about 3 1/2 inches before and has shrunk just under 2 inches now. It was much easier than installing airbags.
