Review on AcuRite 06044M Wireless Temperature Humidity by Howie Broyles

I am very happy with the AcuRite Temp Humidity Sensor with LCD display. (up the stairs without convection) Upstairs bedroom and in addition to sensors connected to my AcuRite hub. It's an LCD model so I can just look at it and see what the temperature/humidity is in my room. Thanks to my AcuRite network hub, I can check the temperature/humidity upstairs on my iPhone along with outdoor and other indoor sensors covering my living room, basement, and porch. As a stand alone device it is nice and gives results very close to my unplugged ThermoPro temp/humidity display. The LCD is easy to read in better light, but a backlit button could be useful in a future version. I really like being part of the AcuRite network system. A small manual in paper form is included with the sensor. Batteries are not included. I just put in 2 AAA batteries and it worked. After a few minutes it was spotted by the AcuRite hub, I added it and renamed it "top". Easy easy! This inexpensive sensor works well as a room temperature/humidity indicator and is a great addition to my AcuRite hub/app. Small, simple and easy to set up completes what I consider a 5 star product. I am very happy.
