I usually buy wide 12s or regular 13s for my convenience. Size 12.5 fits like a glove. I would say they are a bit small considering a size 12 would barely fit my foot. The heel and the entire shoe is narrow compared to something like the Nike RN shoe. Heavy use, I've worn them to the gym, flat terrain biking and to work (climbing gear and 5-7ft jumps). They're pretty durable in almost anything I throw at them. They're comfortable, incredibly light, and bend easily so you can get started right away. Grip is pretty good on any surface, but wet VCT/Tile is a bit more than this shoe can handle. Overall this shoe is great for regular use and cycling/BMX riding.
