Filler neck too short
Said to fit 1968 Ford Torino. The filler neck should go through the real fairing far enough to allow the gas cap to be unscrewed. I've struggled with this problem for too long, cut holes to get more space, but still too short. The filler neck on the new tank is 5/16" shorter than the original tank and now I've modified the tank so I can't return it. I don't know what to do next. I wish it was done right.
