No worse than well-known brands.
I didn't want to pay more than $40 for an engine filter at car dealerships. I've had this filter for about a month now and when I pulled it out to have a look it was definitely showing signs of normal use and picking up dirt/debris. There is no check engine light. Normal oil and fuel consumption. I definitely recommend this filter.
