This sponge is good for fine cleaning. For example, if it's something that doesn't even need to be cleaned, of course. Or for cleaning countertops. But don't expect that sponge to be reusable when you're trying to clean the pot of cheese sauce. I was very disappointed that I had to throw away the sponge after cleaning a pot. I have bought many other sponges that actually "wash clean" but unfortunately they have to discount this version. For a product that advertises that "even eggs and cheese don't stick," it's a total failure when the cheese sticks to the cookie and won't come off.
