I have a serious problem with sweating, this product is a great solution. I suffer from excessive sweating which can be embarrassing at work. While not a perfect solution, I've found that when paired with SweatBlock wipes, these pads virtually eliminate the problem. I can wear tight shirts again when I go out and don't sweat through button-down shirts at work. Pros: - No "leakage" so when you put them on you won't have side sweats or anything that's going to get wet. .- Easy to apply. Almost invisible. I often forget I'm wearing them, you just don't feel them. I had two boxes and they are both the same; Be careful when applying the pads and don't press too hard to help. Otherwise bruising may occur. They only last about 8 hours. If it's a long day, you may need to switch them up for lunch. All in all a good solution to a nasty problem. and four stars are given due to the overly sticky nature. They're difficult to remove and can wrinkle, but for me personally, the benefits are worth it.
