I recently heard about pizza and bread bakers and was intrigued. I decided on 16x16 3/8" and am very satisfied. It arrived very quickly and very neatly packaged. I followed the reheating instructions for 45 minutes and placed the pizza on the surface. As we are currently experiencing a global pandemic I am not finding the yeast to make the right dough. I made a dough using yogurt, baking soda, and salt that's notoriously sticky. I placed the pizza on the heated surface and after 10 minutes I had a crunchy treat. I bet the results will be better with the right test. It was easy enough to clean and seems to get better with use. Something to note: it's HARD! You'll have to find a safe place to keep it, but I put it on its side and against the wall. It rises and stays HOT! Make sure you find a way to remind yourself not to touch it until it's cool. Enjoy!
