The bottom bolts holding the seat have come loose

I would like to give 5 stars but the bolts on the underside of the stem that hold the seat have come loose. If I could get two more bolts and underbody gaskets I would change that number to 5, or if I could just figure out what they are I would go to Home Depot or Lowe's and buy them myself.
