Decided to try these IIT brands as they are literally 1/4 the price of a 3M brand. Overall they grind damn well and last as long as the 3m grades. BUT it MUST be very tight! I spun the first 3 or 4 in the normal amount, that would be I 3m Mark and BOOM they fly off the wheel instantly as soon as you stop and pick up the grinder. If you keep the wheel on the work piece and stop at 100% before lifting, they will usually stop. My solution was to literally screw the damn thing as tight as possible, which might damage the drivetrain, which I've done once or twice, but they stay that way. Work well overall just not 100% install and the hassle of dealing with them to stay in place is worth the extra money to buy the 3M brand instead of IMO. Oh, and I've tried both 36 grit and 60 grit, both are the same.
