I am returning the item. The user manual is not included, you have to download it. The downloaded manual is vague, doesn't cover features in enough detail, and doesn't help with troubleshooting. The temperature gauge often gets stuck at -58 degrees Fahrenheit. as it is a possible temperature. Also, the IR scale showing the temperature of each color is not transmitted when the image is saved. Temperatures displayed on dots, circles and square meters are extremely inaccurate even in a very well controlled and confined environment. The battery life is too short to solve all these problems every time you turn it on. The website address for further technical support is returned as "Invalid Link". Doesn't work as advertised. A useless tool and too expensive to just be relegated to a toy that turns picture videos into fun colors. If I see this device used as a measurement in a report, I will discard it as garbage.
