📷 FLIR ONE Pro iOS Thermal Imaging Camera - Camera Only Review

Buy FLIR ONE Pro a year and two months ago, more for fun. Used a few times in the beginning, then put it in a box (I have to say, fully charged). Yesterday I needed it but it was dead and not loading. tried several other usb cables, no luck. My guess is that the battery is dead, which is ridiculous for a supposedly high quality product. I called customer service and since the warranty was two months up they only offered me a 50% discount if I bought a new one. I find that very disappointing.

It seems to be working. I haven't spent much time using it. Long delay when initially loading the application and then updating the image while it's moving. The fact that the battery cannot be replaced and the device becomes unusable after its death is the reason why it gets two starts. It's a very expensive device, so not cool in my opinion. I only bought it because I needed something that could do this for a short period of time, and I couldn't justify spending over $1,000 on a more advanced…

This is the worst purchase I have ever made. I bought it almost a year ago and it never worked. I've tried it on LG V20, LG G5, Pixel XL and Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus. I am returning the item. The user manual is not included, you have to download it. The downloaded manual is vague, doesn't cover features in enough detail, and doesn't help with troubleshooting. The temperature gauge often gets stuck at -58 degrees Fahrenheit. as it is a possible temperature. Also, the IR scale showing the temperature of each color is not transmitted when the image is saved. I just bought this product with some trepidation after reading some of the other reviews. My experiences are almost exclusively positive. While I found the packaging unnecessarily cluttered (i.e. all layered boxes in another box popularized by Apple), the item arrived intact and was easy to install.
