I received this CD player about 2 weeks ago. I wasn't impressed at first, but the sound from my receiver is excellent. I'm not a sound specialist, but I'm very picky about sound quality. It does what I need (sonically). I am purchasing this item specifically for my CDs that come with my school books and of course music. The charge lasts for a while. I listen to some of my music before work and it took almost a week. About 20-30 minutes play time every morning. I love this CD player, but a regular CD doesn't have much storage space. I have music and audio format courses. I wish it could read a DVD that can hold a lot more data. I think it will come next. Another downside I found is that it has to come with a remote control. Other than that it's been good so far. If, like me, you still have CDs, this article is for you. I recommend it.
