I put this in my totem and it seems better than what came with it. I haven't had any leaks so it hasn't eaten any seals, but since it's made by RS/SRAM I hope that doesn't happen. It is enough to do 2 sets of lowering with a large amount of residue. I like the pour pen because my hands are always greasy and slippery and I hate dropping things that spill.
