Not happy with these shocks

I installed these shocks on my Chevy Silverado. When I tow my boat these jolts are very weak and bounce like crazy. I spoke to customer service prior to purchasing the shocks to ensure I purchased the correct ones. I don't use the boat much so it took me a while to ride the truck, too late to return the shock absorbers now. I am very disappointed in these beats. Now the support link on the Amazon page is broken. I would not buy these shock absorbers again.
