After measuring and researching to figure out what replacement tip I need, I started looking at options. After reading the reviews I realized to beware of the hard bits and also knew that I would probably need to use my original screws as the reviewers noted that the screws that came with the bits were shorter than the original screws. I received the replacement tips today and they are the perfect size. Rubber tip is soft. And the supplied screws are the same as mine. So I used new screws. All 5 of my doorstops now have new end caps in place of the worn out, dried out, crumbling old end caps. Oooh!
