Have used it once so far.
So easy to use. Love the pop up open button. Works well with different types and thickness's of bags. This machine is solidly built. It's the best quality I have seen that I have owned. It's not junk! I have had problems with other machines in the past that were not made by this manufacturer. Time will tell. I will follow up after using it for awhile.
