Turns out I need x-small. I already bought another one of these, a small size (slightly different version but almost the same) and it rubbed me pretty hard. I'm not super-duper small either, so even an X-Small would be too big if you're a tiny person. It's too hot to wear anything over a running bra so the skin there is in contact with the vest. . You'll need to tighten the straps to ensure they don't move and sit high enough to not (or minimally) touch your skin. The 12 ounce bottles are perfect for my runs and it's easy to siphon water from them. This vest has been a lifesaver for me this summer (and yes, it's still summer in Texas!). I'm so glad I bought this vest for running!
