Great contact management tool in addition

I like that it has all of my contacts within one application instead of having several different applications for each individual department such as accounting or billing etc.

We use this software along with our other phone systems (PBX) so we are able to see everything at once rather then logging into multiple programs which can be time consuming. Also the ability to have live agents who are not part of your internal staff is great when you need an extra set of hands! The only thing I dislike about AVOxi is that sometimes the system gets glitchy but usually fixes itself after some refreshing. It's been very useful thus far and has helped us keep track of calls going out from various departments.

  • Can add notes/statuses regarding certain cases in addition
