The company does great work to ensure that you get the most reliable platform for your business applications. Their support services in general are excellent and the level of support is excellent. Catapush has no significant downside in our experience. We are solving a problem with out-of-the-box solutions rather than building one ourselves. We rely on the platform for several of our core functions. Ease of implementation and support of our cloud environment. The ability to send text messages from within apps or websites without having to go through an external provider is what I like best about it. It's easy for customers to use as well! There isn't anything that I dislike so far. If you're looking into this product, definitely do it. You'll be glad you did! We were able to reduce our costs by sending out more accurate texts to our customers.
