So I'm a nurse and I have to wear some sort of eye protection every time I enter a patient's room. These glasses meet these requirements perfectly. They're light and comfortable enough that I leave them on all shift and don't worry about following the rules. In fact, I put them on to start my night and only take them off to clean them. There have been many times I have had difficulty wearing my near reader and my goggles at the same time. Often I did without one of the two. With them I have both turned on and don't have to worry about switching from one to the other. It certainly helps to make sure I'm wearing the right eye protection, plus I don't have to constantly squint or hold the project at arm's length so I can focus. The diopter (I think that's what it's called) is pretty low. on a lens that if I put it just below the bridge of my nose I can easily see over it when I don't need magnification. However, it's large enough that if I wear it closer to the bridge of my nose, I can see through the diopters without having to crane my neck in an odd position.
