Poor sound quality good for headset
The sound quality on the receiving end is very bad and I had to send the headset back. We tried direct and direct (via the base station) connection and different computers and smartphones without being able to improve the sound quality for the receiver. I was very surprised by the poor performance as my colleagues use Jabra's wired version which works very well. Maybe Jabra just isn't as good a wireless headset maker? I am currently using an Apple AirPot and the reception and transmission quality is much better and very good.
