Excellent Connectivity for Softphone Users

As a remote office worker, reliable electronics are essential. In my search for a phone that would easily connect with my computer and softphone, I stumbled upon this gem. worth the cost. on headsets

I don't know how many Bluetooth headsets I've tried. that seems to be the best. It's expensive, but if I add up all the Bluetooth headsets I've used in the last 18 months, the cost is the same. The headset is lightweight and I never tire of wearing it all day. Calls are crystal clear and I can walk most of the house without interference.

Poor sound quality good for headset

The sound quality on the receiving end is very bad and I had to send the headset back. We tried direct and direct (via the base station) connection and different computers and smartphones without being able to improve the sound quality for the receiver. I was very surprised by the poor performance as my colleagues use Jabra's wired version which works very well. Maybe Jabra just isn't as good a wireless headset maker?
