I will try not to write much, the thing is excellent. After such a technique, I will never return to the classic model of a vacuum cleaner (with a wire, a huge body on a hose). We've been using it almost every day for a few months now. It’s a little inconvenient to clean - the lid opens abruptly and dust can fly into the air, the problem was solved from the very beginning of use by putting the bag on the dust container and only after that (inside the bag) open the lid. Also, if you vacuum a lot of dirt at a time, the dust can crumple inside the dust collector and itself does not fall out from there when you open the lid (no matter how you shake it). It is solved with a finger or a stick. As for the rest, there are no comments. A huge plus (although it seems obvious) is its mobility, you don’t even expect at first how many small problems you can quickly solve. I clean them with external filters of the system unit on which dust accumulates. When unnecessary things were removed from the closet, there was a rather thick layer of dust at the top, which, from a careless movement, tried to scatter around, if it would take 10 passes to wipe it with a rag to achieve cleanliness, and then I removed all this dust with a vacuum cleaner in a minute and then wiped it a couple of times with a rag, super! It is also convenient to vacuum furniture with it. And the obvious plus of mobility is the speed of application, where previously they would not drag a vacuum cleaner for cleaning and would solve it with a mop / scoop / rags, now we quickly clean it. By weight, it doesn’t bother me and my wife, the children also cope, it may be difficult for the elderly to hold it in their hands for a long time. The charging system does not bother, it generally does not charge for a long time, the charge, oddly enough, is enough to clean 2 rooms. The charge shows stably, there are no surprises in the form of a sharp drop in charge. We use 90% of the time on medium mode. Looks nice, doesn't make much noise. Nothing crunches, does not crack, does not smell like China, for me the product 100% works out its money. The packaging is not as big as expected (which is good). It seems to be everything.
