On time, as described. The instructions did not come with the keychain. I programmed and tested the key rings myself. I had keys cut out in ACE. Very easy. The great price beats the $100 bill for programming and key cutting. Great offer. Make sure it is the correct key fob and key blank for the year and brand. Get in the car, close the door. Insert the existing key into the ignition. Turn the key to the "on" and "off" positions 8 times. Do not start the engine. The door locks go through the programming. Press the button on an existing key fob. The horn sounds. Press the button on the new key fob. Locks are repeated cyclically. Repeat for the second keychain. When you are finished programming, turn off the ignition. The locks go through the programming exit. Test new throats.
