Part 1 Entire Machine loose. Doesn't fit the gearbox. What gives chatter. A complete waste of money. Part 2 The customer service team was beyond helpful. After sending them photos and very short videos for questions. They send me a brand new car. Was told to keep the old one, glad as I have spares on hand to use with other issues. For a company to do what it did is unheard of. There were no issues with the warranty. Just proof that the metal lathe wasn't working properly. As soon as I get a new lathe, I will write a review of part 3. More will follow. Part 3. The picture above says it all. The cuts on the right are from the 1st lathe. Cuts on the left arrow from the second lathe. You could tell the difference as soon as you turned it on. The company sent a complete replacement. I am completely satisfied.
