Firstly I have no idea if this kills the COVID-19 virus but the main ingredient (citric acid) is a common disinfectant ingredient which is less caustic than many other products out there. They are ideal for keeping in the bathroom or office for quickly wiping down surfaces. and this napkin case should last quite a long time. The good ones: * The citric acid ingredient doesn't worry me if I just use one of these wipes to clean a countertop or toilet seat. I am caring for my 93 year old dad and they will be VERY handy in keeping him clean.* Although the towels are thin it means less stuff ends up in our landfills. I have mixed feelings about using these disposables, so I appreciate the company walked the fine line between convenience and durability and got it right. The wipes are strong enough to clean a LARGE surface (they are VERY wet. Almost TOO wet to be honest). I scrubbed the entire bathroom countertop and toilet bowl with 2 cloths and both had plenty of cleaning liquid left for more. You have to find the beginning of the roll in the MIDDLE of the roll and then tease her. The passages are VERY fragile, so it takes a few wipes to loosen them enough that you don't have to "restart" the process. * The smell is NOT "fresh lemon". Smells more like old lemons. Not terrible, but not the bright, uplifting lemon flavor I was hoping for. In general, I am not satisfied with this and I am glad that now I will have a glass for each room, as well as for the office. I'm not sure I would buy it again because of the mediocre smell.
