Our team is happy with how it works. It's very user friendly. It's easy for anyone to manage their campaigns. I like that I can see what is happening in my account at any given time. Sometimes things can get a little glitchy (which isn't really an issue anymore) but nothing terrible. The service itself isn't bad per se. I've just had some experiences where I wasn't thrilled with how my accounts were handled. You'll have to be prepared for that. I haven't experienced any negativity at this time, though we don't advertise heavily enough to have noticed. As long as you have your expectations set properly, DOM can work well for you. We do online paid searches, organic search, etc. The team at Dom is great! They are always willing/able to help with any questions I have or requests that we need fulfilled for our business. Very easy process once you understand what your looking for and where it should be placed (or not). We had some issues when they first started working with us but everything was resolved very quickly after contacting them directly via email. Our website traffic went up substantially over night and now continues to do well into this week.
