Review on SportDOG Brand SportTrainer 500: Waterproof, Rechargeable, 2-Dog Expandable Remote Dog Training Collar with OLED Screen and Multiple Modes by Cara Ulfass

Great company and customer service. I have had a SportHunter collar for a number of years and bought a SportTrainer 575 to upgrade when we got our second dog. Of course, the design allows you to press the dog 1 button for dog 1 and the dog 2 button for dog 2, but it doesn't work that way. Both buttons simply switch to the other dog. So if the transmitter is on Dog 1 and you press the Dog 1 button, it will switch to Dog 2. Every time you want to switch, look at the little number on the screen to make sure you have the right dog. Pain when used to using the transmitter without looking at it. I am returning this transmitter to get another SportHunter that can program dedicated numbers. I hope they fix this design flaw as otherwise the transmitter is very good.
