Review on 🔥 Atwood 91602 Gas Control Pilot Valve: Superior Control for Gas Appliances by Paul Gravely

I bought this to replace my 91601 on my 84 Shasta with a 6 gallon hot water tank. I installed it today, looks like it was successfully replaced. The plumbing didn't line up like a replacement, but it was close enough to work as my propane line had a little slack when it ran. 1) You must use the "Outlet" valve fitting (small bore) from your 91601, it only comes with new tubing for the "Inlet" side of the valve/thermostat. Also, make sure you have white tape on hand for the few areas that require it. Overall I'd say that while pricey it's decent and gets the job done. Also, I used the same thermocouple and pilot pair as my 91601 unit with no problems as my problem was a leaky adjustment knob that caught fire. :-/
