I received the tester on time with Prime. The tester comes with a carrying case, test leads and a 9V battery inside the unit. I used the tester on 15 cables with new RJ45 connectors on both ends, about 30 feet long. There were 5 cables that needed replacing which saves time and embarrassment in the long run. It's just a continuity tester and was sold to my colleagues who are going to get it. If the lights don't work in order 1 through 8, start by checking the straight connectors. The tester is light and the receiver is very small. I suppose the receiver will be lost primarily due to its size, but if you're looking for a cheap tester. This device won't hurt your wallet. If the manufacturer is reading this review, I would recommend adding a strap to the receiver like you did with the base unit and making the body of both units less slippery. I will recommend this to a friend.
