I love my new wrist strap, it fits my note 9 perfectly, easy to connect to headphones or charger. It's also easy to adjust the volume inside the case. The back pocket is great for keeping my ID and money, and my extra house key fits snugly in the key pocket so I don't have to worry about it falling out while I'm carrying it. My only complaint is that the card that came with it was soaked in sweat but didn't destroy the card. Could have ripped very easily if I hadn't been careful pulling out my phone. The headphone holder is also my favorite part. I can wrap half of the headphone cord so it doesn't get in the way when I'm working. By far my favorite phone holder.
