A supporting YouTube video of a launcher who got this yo-yo for free convinced me it could be some pretty cool plastic, but it offers nothing for a few dollars more than other plastics. far surpass. Obviously inspired by Skyva, it doesn't feel that heavy and therefore loses momentum too quickly. The finish isn't impressive: there were bulges in the center of the finger-twist well, where the plastic was placed, and a clearly visible seam around the outer edge. It vibrates a little more than a typical headstock and lands with a nasty pop at the end of the string. In an attempt to get the binding to respond to a normal level of grip - it proved problematic to bind - I fitted new pads and thick string, the cost of which probably exceeds the cost of a yo-yo. It's marketed as a "professional" yo-yo for beginners (?), but I wouldn't force it on a beginner; this would lead to disillusionment with the great hobby. The colors are good, that's why I put a star.
